I sent a friend recruit to a friend but my friend have a problem on some registration codes , can anyone please advice ???

Here the message I receive from my friend :

"I got a problem, so I registered a new SE account, then I clicked on the http://sqex.to/Msp from the email, then go into Add new service account, below I need to type in registration code, but I couldn't find that code anywhere, what should I do?"

my friend have created his acc , But he is still in 14 days free trial can i still sent him friend recruit ?

free trials cannot enter FC cannot add friend and many more.
the free trial is only for them to try the game. so there are many things restricted to them
