Hi LYN community,

Im new to the action figure collecting scene. Begun my journey with play arts kai figures, have only a few at the moment and looking to expand.

Just wanted to ask a few questions:

1) Are there any other brands / toy manufacturers that make similar PAK figures in terms of:

- Size = i like the PAK rough sizing of 8.5 - 10 inches, but i dont see many others in this scale
- quality = i like the level of detail in PAKs... i know there are better but they are always too expensive, so PAKs detailing is min. quality level i accept
- price range = PAKs are pricy but within my spending appetite, hot toys and stuff are awesome but cant afford
- articulation = the MAIN REASON i collect, cause i love posing them and putting on display, max articulation is critical


2) Are there any guides on HOW to obtain figures at a reasonable price that arent available in our local stores?? seems like i now have a backlog of PAKs im loving but cant seem to source anymore. Are there hidden trading communities? online resources? international places to buy? Some examples of figures im interested in are:

- PAK MGS V Phantom Pain: Venom Snake
- PAK Mass Effect: Female Commander Shepard
- PAK MGS cyborg ninja

3) How do i tell if my figure is a bootleg? are there resources online to know?
