i just realize my umobile u28 have upgraded for free from 1gb to 3gb, but no LTE.
should i port to this celcom 38 since its comes with 4g???

yesterday walk walk at lowyat, i saw the celcom rm38 plan is stated 3gb, i thought was 2 gb
