QUOTE(DuO LoN @ May 6 2015, 07:47 PM) i was previously using celcom prepaid but i got bloody pissed off when they deducted rm50 of my credit and claimed that i "inadvertently" used the phone to surf internet. i told them that is not possible because my 3g wasn't even activated. they refused to budge and insisted it was my fault. the only thing i did at that time was to connect my phone to the laptop to charge it. and i was using my umobile modem to surf. as usual they refuse to listen. haha... maybe you to harsh... nothin you can do about telco bro... the reason i moved from maxis to celcom because pdpa issue.. they call my celcom number to ask payment.. and i never give this number to maxis people. Ringtone issue because PDPA.. i dono if malaysia telco can be sue because of it.hence i ported to maxshit. in fact i used to use celcom many years back but i changed to digi for a while becoz celcom was simply deducting my credit for the caller ringtone shit. deducting twice in a month. the conclusion i get : all telcos are bloody moneysuckers. the only decent telco around is probably digi coz' i overused their prepaid for RM230 bucks and got away with it. LOL btw they no longer sensor vulgar words like "fuck" and "bloody" in kopitiam eh? |

QUOTE(hitch80 @ Jun 11 2015, 12:04 AM) The moment I have been waiting for....i got the first bill PREPAID -> PAID first then used.So the RM70.50 that I was charged was for these Stamp Duty - RM10 ADVANCE PAYMENT - RM38 - this is the major culprit!! Itemised Billing full charges - RM3.00 Itemised Billing prorate - RM1.35 Basic 38 Prorate - RM17.16 (20 May - 3 June) 1300 calls - RM1.90 Itemised billing discount (RM4.35) GST for RM17.16 = RM1.03 GST for RM38.00 = RM2.28 GST for RM1.90 = RM0.11 RM10+RM38+RM17.16+RM1.90 = RM67.06 + GST RM3.42 = RM70.48 = RM70.50 Question now....am I going to get back this advance RM38? PLUS the GST RM2.28 for it? Celcom better have good explanation for this POSTPAID -> use first then paid.. 38 Is the first month payment .. Some provider like maxis shock don't remember this thing.. DEPOSIT burn out when month end come not paid cuttt... * I'm now argue with them with skmm. **Some provider abuse the term advance payment and distribute in few next month and when you quit bill. you wonder why need 2 paid double ?
