How's the bill charge, cant figure it out yet.

Like my current bill doesnt have any internet plan subscribe but Celcom kept chargin me RM20 per month althugh on low usage calls etc.

So if I subcribe to this plan, do i have to pay only 38 per month or need to pay additional RM38?

Guys, how long does it take for existing Celcom user to activate the plan after subscribe it?


I've already made a payment yesterday but until now when I check the Bla Status it stated im still yet to subcribe the First Plan?
