In my area,maxis is the best and digi is the worst.Umobile and celcom still ok normally speedtest can get 5mbps above(3G).
But some people will get problem when using maxis and get fast speed when using digi. Don't choose the best plan or cheapest plan,just choose the plan most suitable with you.Choose the plan that you can accept the coverage and price. Others people's sweet sometimes is your poison.
