I just switch from my Xpax IOX to this First Basic 38.
Same location, with my Redmi Note 4G, previously was able to get up to 20Mbps (2.4Mb/sec download at STEAM).

Now just run a speed test, it seems the speed capped at around 5~6Mbps.

I will try to tether to my PC to download again when I have time to see if the capping is real.

I'm ok with the speed cap as the price we are paying for this plan is worthy as compared to other providers.
However, I still agreed that Celcom should be more transparent and must display this speed capping on their sales page.

But as usual, all Malaysia telco also a lot of hidden T&C.

Despite Speedtest result is only 5~6Mbps download, when I try to download new apps from Play Store, it is certainly more than 5~6Mbps because a 20MB app just took around 10~12 seconds.

I changed celcom prepaid to this postpaid plan on 3th May but my billing cycle is on today, 13th May. Why is that?

Same here with me and another friend who converted from xpax to celcom on 3rd of May, received reset and carry forward message today morning, no idea how's the billing cycle goes now.
