The building design reminds me of Singapore's Marina Bay Sands especially the cantilevered rooftop skypool. Impact of SG developer influence hahaha.

Originally land is freehold. Changed to Leasehold 99 years. Not really a big deal as far as strata title is concerned.

can elaborate why leasehold not a big deal if it is strata title?

Will face same difficulties when trying to sell?

It is only not big deal when
1. Sell cheaper than comparative freehold property in same vicinity
2. Offer more features and better products
3. Owners plan to hold short-medium term

Otherwise lh or fh does matter.....

I think its a swap to get more density. It's normal these days. Many developers are gonna use it.

In terms of subsale later on, it's more about the main 5 criterias: the general KLCC market sentiment, the demand and supply situation, the subsale pricing, the product itself and the management of the condo.

Hm. 632 units on 1.5acre.
By KLCC standard the density seems to be norm, no?
