2. never heard about non-ori 3ds other than refurb set. BUT, make sure you buy the correct region, most of us hv US/ASIA region
3. not sure, mostly buy online
4. NEVER use original charger provided by nintendo in box, use 3rd party charger. most of shop like post above (impulse, kyo, heavyarm) provide 3rd party charger. daiso usb charger cable is the best.
