First you need to find out if your server is on DHCP, which means it assigns you an IP automatically. You can take a peek at your colleague's PC. You will need to know your server's IP and subnet mask.

Fill those in "TCP/IP".

DNS is optional. Usually supplied by the DHCP server anyways.
