@ drafted, you might want to look at Youtube reviews on the Yihi SX Mini M Class. Better mod. Around the same price as the RDNA.

@Xirality, the Variant is priced at 2K+ here. 260w but internal lipo batt only 1100mah.

@ drafted, most opinions are Yihi makes the best chips. Just watch the reviews on Youtube. A lot of people were waiting for the release of the SX Mini, expecting it to be the best Temp Control mod in the market and I think they were not disappointed. The fit and finish is way better than the RDNA. You should check out the SX Mini M Class thread on e-cigarette forum. Wish I could splash out Rm 730 for the mod but nah I'll just wait for other cheaper offerings.

@Xirality, Legadgets was selling the Titanium Slim for Rm 2,400. I'd say having just 1100mah batt is a big fail for a 260w mod. An 18650 2500mah batt doesn't last a long time firing at 50w. Anyway if you like the looks then you should check out the SMY 60W mod. It looks similiar.

All 3 has continuous discharge 30amps ratings. The difference is the maH. I got vtc3 which is 1600maH. Can last me a day on 1.0 ohm dripper setup.  Vtc5 is mostly not available now and beware of fake too.

The Sony VTC 5 is 20 amp continuous discharge. Sony's spec sheet states it.
The VTC 4 is 30 amps.

@ cyslock, the Subtank Plus is kinda big. The Subtank Mini might be a better choice. As for mods, the IPV 4 hasn't been released yet. The IPV 3 is large and not very pocket friendly. IPV3 + Batteries + Charger will cost more than RM 500.
I'd recommend the iStick 50W. Pocket friendly, goes up to 50w, 4400mah built in battery. You save on buying batteries and charger. Its priced around RM 230 to RM 250.

@ cyslock, the IPV Mini goes up to 30W. The IPV Mini 2 goes up to 70W. 30W might be enough now but you might want more later on. The IPV Mini 2 goes up to 70W but the problem is it uses only a single 18650 battery. Single 18650 battery runs flat pretty quick if you use it at 50W and above. I'm using the iStick 50W. Fits in my palm and has long battery life.

@ cyslock, you might just get tired of large mods. Can't really fit in your pocket and people give you weird looks. My big mod ( Cloupor T6) is now mostly a paperweight or a stand for my attys when I build coils!

Only the iStick 30/50 and Smok Xpro M80 Plus has built in batteries. You will have to buy batteries for the rest.

@ Vail, shipping is pretty crap for me in Penang. On shipping from FT, it takes around 4 days to arrive at MPC PMIH (KLIA). Malaysian Post waits till they can fill up a truckload till they ship to Penang. (Usually 14 days).
I've never bought batts from FT. Please post here on how long it takes to arrive.

HK Post is surface mail (By Sea). All the stuff is gonna be packed in a 20 or 40 foot container. Once it arrives, its still gotta be unpacked and inspected.

@ cyslock,
You said that you have a budget and you're not buying it yet. And you don't really know about suitable batteries and chargers. Buy a mod with built in batts - iStick 30/50 or Xpro 80 Plus.
Fasttech just listed the iStick 50 at only RM 142 (inc shipping). With luck, you'll receive it in 20 days. Just buy the USB cable and 1A charging adapter locally.

Hey cyapd, Why not get the Cloupor Mini from finch. Its a pretty good deal since it comes with all the extras. (sleeve, charger & batts).
I have 2 Cloupor Minis. Like the size & I plan to change the chip later on.
I bought 2 Xpro M65s as well. Sold one and can't wait to get rid of the other.

Regarding Fasttech, you wont get scammed. I said 'with luck' cos the price is really cheap for the iStick 50 and thousands of people may order ahead of you. In that case there wont be enough stocks to supply.

@ Vail, if customs reject it and it gets sent back, I think FT will charge you for the shipping costs.

@ saru04, didn't you just get the IPV and Subtank recently? Mind telling whats wrong with it?

Anyone bought kanthal wires and batteries from FT before?
*
FT was selling mostly nichrome and Kanthal D which turns a dark colour. The newest Kanthal that they sell isn't very good either. Just buy Temco wires locally.
As for batts, I'm waiting for Vail to post if he received his and the length of time with the new shipping option.
