Nak dapat kelulusan damn difficult wei. Imagine one guy suddenly take the risk and pay > 100k RM just for vape events, when vendors won't be enough to cover. But in the end nasib baik can cover.

don't think i need to remind you that this is malaysia. even certain area in the states are still vehemently opposing vaping.

this is a first step among many. the idea is to promote discussion, good or bad. while you might have a bad experience with nonvapers, many have great experiences with them.

there will be a time when vaping becomes big, that huge controversies will happen, with or without the help of the tobacco companies. whatever good that one event would have done, will be destroyed instantly. unfortunately for everybody, the organizer have bigger things to worry about with his short-term investment than the future of vaping in malaysia. that's not his job. his job was to did something that nobody dared to do in the current climate.

there is no official body that is tasked to educate, guide, council the public and vapers. expecting the high-risk, first ever massive vaping event by a team that's less than your fingers to do everything when you have no idea what's going to happen? kena raid, kena tangkap, polis tahan, confiscate everything like what had happened to a few, and now have to control and expect what/how vapers will react around the area? that's a bit over the top la.

i don't think you understand unavailability of indoor venues for "smoking" events. unless nak tempat rempit la.
but nevermind, to each his own.
