^- no u cant! u obviously watched too many movies those are either fake or ultra high gigantic incredible amount of high resolution like 385473025035783 megapixels pictures or have a multiple passes/ multiple level of capturing.

conclusion, u still cant un-censored those censored. unless u got the raw/source or u draw it urself

all right, those are still based on my narrow/swallow/little understanding. so if u know how/right method to do so. correct me

or i make a hole on ur shirt, i throw it. without using other cloth, or find back the cloth i threw, u cannot fill the hole back no matter how u wanna do it

becoz windows "empty recycle bin" sucks! it didnt actually overwritten ur file with empty bytes, just delete the file index, therefore u can recover it! if u use some file shedder to sherd the files i doubt u can restore it! file shedder rewritten the existing file with empty/random bytes for several times, same thing as censorship.
