The picture still looks somewhat ok. Wait until u see it with your own eyes. The yellowish color is worst than that and totally make it look like a low cost flat. I wonder why is the right side white and the other side yellow. Would better go with white.
And why would the leave a strike of white paint when doing patch of colours. Totally weird |

At first I wanted to buy this property but my friend said don’t because of the surroundings. He asked me to go Damansara-damai in the morning weekdays to experience the traffic there. It was the worst experience I had. It all jam pack everywhere. The traffic only subside after 10am. Why? Because only 1 access in & out of Damansara Damai. Also, Mind you this residence is far from MRT station 2.

Your friend is right. The traffic congestion is very very terrible. Other than this Suasana project, there is another upcoming project Riaz Residences ( is high density ) in front of the Armanee Condo. Damansara Damai must have at least a FEW new access roads ( if the access road goes to the same main road is useless also) to cope for this future development. Currently, if you want to skip the traffic congestion, then depart b4 6.20am from your home.

Coz there is a new road will be opened soon straight into the road to Sg Buloh toll. Built as part of the MRT construction. At Jalan PJU 10/10G. Everyone thought this is the new access road. Haha. |

To exit damansara damai need 10-15min (exclude those staying armanee or sutera damansara).just if any accident or spoilt car along jalan kuala selangor then god bless..easily 30min to 1hr.This particular project still ok as it is near to the main exit. Those in pain are mainly those stay in Armanee Condo sutera damansara area. With the upcoming project outside Armanee i would say Armanee is gonna b hell. 700meter from MRT station still not consider far. If expect to be near then should look for those property with link bridge to MRT which it will cost u rm800-rm1000 psqft.(d'sara sentral/sqwhere). |

Yae..i tot is a new road as well..though it had been completed but still not open for usage..must b waiting for the mrt road to complete along. This road would ease the main exit after it openCoz there is a new road will be opened soon straight into the road to Sg Buloh toll. Built as part of the MRT construction. At Jalan PJU 10/10G. Edit: up meaning at least i could sell like 200-210k la, so that I dont have to pay my loan. I know i kind of rugi in terms of reno and furniture but i think i dont mind lol. Cant stand anymoar with alot of Black people around making a mess. This post has been edited by Moshpit94: Jun 26 2020, 09:14 PM |

Like Saujana, Bayu, etc. Top floor cheapest value. Low floor higher value. |

QUOTE(AskarPerang @ Jun 26 2020, 10:47 PM) Which level? My floor is 2nd floor and very near to laundry shoplot And entrance (just behind that laundry lot). Fully renovated with new tiles, cabinet with solid worktops, solid wooden doors, led lights etc. I've spent so much on renovations before lol... so if i wanna sell i think i dont mind to burn the reno + fully furnished, however still waiting for the mrt to finish then i sell off and going back to work in penang kot...As Permai is a walkup apartment. I think 200k can but I see few units being advertised between rm 170 k to 195 k - hence wondering why you bought at 190 k in 2017Edit: up meaning at least i could sell like 200-210k la, so that I dont have to pay my loan.
