Use acid from hardware. Pour in pail and mop it all over then rinse with water.Repeat where still have marking. Wear gloves, eyes and mouth protection. Make sure place well ventilated by opening windows and doors and possible put a fan to vent out the acid odor.

just tested out acid ratio of 1:1 on my bathroom tiles. tried it on 1 tile to see the effect. what I did was I pour the mixture onto the tile, scrub it hard and rinse with lots of water. when the acid mixed with the cement stain or spots, it sizzles. if you scrub it, it'll get removed.

It works! Gonna do little by little to ensure thorough removal of the stain.

pour --> scrub --> rinse and pour --> scrub --> rinse.. repetitively.
