HI.. would like to check is there anyone facing this problem?

I'm currently on N910CXXU1BOE1 firmware, sometimes when i run Waze or opening Chrome.. the screen will suddenly change itself and back to home screen but all Icon is huge like magnify mode. forgot to screen shot. then i need to turn off the screen and turn it back ON or sometimes press the HOME button only can revive back to the previous screen.

is it my software having problem, and i need to reset the factory setting?
