LOL, tar road is basically all the normal roads used by cars outside, all those little stones are glued together with tar, the result is a hard and rough surface your phone wouldn't like falling on.

Tar is one of the byproducts of petroleum refining (IIRC).

It is black and sticky and you can see huge barrels of this steaming when they pave roads.

It is what makes roads black in color.

It is also present in cigarette smoke, causing the black residue in a smoker's lungs.

plan to buy note 4 this evening.. dunno to choose what color.. can u guys recomended it?

I'd say white or bronze gold. Bronze gold is definitely fun to play with. You dont see many carry this color
But then it's up to you.
If i'm not mistaken, the black one has more curvier screen edge compared with others thus you may find a little more difficult in finding a fitting tp glass for it.

Ps : waze still has the graphical issue on lolipop
