Not sure wat wrong with mine note4, unable to install update.
After download perform restart n prompt out error

wat i notice is after i change my motherboard from SC, after conduct the factory reset the 1st prompt out language is in Thai, will it be the reason that i failed to update OTA?

Any 1 can show their phone info before conduct update? Mine as below

Look like i'm the only bad luck guy that unable to update through OTA due to installation error

for those who updated, so far got any big different in term of performance beside fixed the waze issue??

then look like not worth for me to spend my time go to CS to request them update for me to the latest firmware at the moment, since i dint use waze and so far happy with the performance

Need emergency help, just now try update using kies, and it stuck at 21% more more than 20min, I click cancel n now stuck at here, n connect with kies 3 it show not support, what should I do now? If i remove battery now will it brick my phone?

Luckily temporary problem solve, try to power off n successful, restart the phone back to normal

Look like conduct update by visit to CS is the safest way for me...

Went to sunway cs, and the front desk staff still sleeping tell me BOC3 is the latest firmware. After he check with technician, tell me need to conduct factory reset then just able to help me update to latest firmware

After the CS reinstall BOC3 to me, now able to update via OTA.
and according to CS at sunway, BOC3 still is the latest official firmware for them from samsung
