Just bought 2nd hand note 4. Gonna root it. From galaxy s to #2, note 1 to note 2 then jumpship to htc m8 then go back to note 2 lte. Now upgrade to note 4 even tho 2nd hand unit as gonna root it.

Btw, did xposed work with note 4 lollipop?

after long wait (which damansara SC claim change motherboard can be done within 2 hour), finally sunway SC change the motherboard for me and include the side frame.

U mean the chrome lining? How come can change that also? And what was ur issue? The poor reception?

the side frame include chrome lining, before that i drop it n dented but now replace with new 1.
my problem is u can c 3-4 bar but actually no signal which cant call in, same for the data, able c connect to H/H+/4G but still u can browse

I also have that issue... u just send in and they say motherboard problem and immediately change for u? Liddat i should also try..

Mine sometimes on h+ also shit doesnt load and getting alot dropped calls.

they dint charge me anything, i use less than 2 months. they check by using other sim card and have the same prob, then mention need to change motherboard

note2 lollipop start rolling out dy. so when n4 update again

lollipop for note 4 malaysia xme already rolling out.. my 2nd hand unit that bought yesterday already on lollipop.. this morning just downgraded to kitkat as i cant live without xposed frameworks..

no feel when using htc.. use a lot of spen & prefer removable battery..

i mean stil at 5.0.1 not 5.2 reli slow samsung at getting the software updates.

May i know any1 using the MHL cable for note 4? any recommended seller?

Any MHL cable can be used - plenty of choices at EBay. I had a original SONY unit ( still in its sealed plastic) if you are interested - just PM me as the seller replace me with it as I didn't recieve after a month. He just ask me to keep it when the unit finally came in.
However if you want to buy the MHL HDTV adapter , There are 2 types - whatever you buy make sure you get the one suitable for Note 4/S3 onwards and not those earlier types meant for S2/Note 2 ( not sure which type Note 3 used ?) as the head is slightly different ( with different circuitry) though you can still fit in. If unsure I suggest you buy original adapter from Samsung official store. I paid RM 129 for it few years back but I think now should be cheaper. It can be used on all Samsung phones after S3 n Note 4 including current S6 series too

Any recommendation for LYN seller for the fast charger? i saw before in the forum but can't find it now. I really like the fast charging.

always hv the signal prob, but sometime the data can run awhile then problem again.
at the moment it solve the data prob, also the battery drain problem

I have Chromecast too n with Solid Explorer chrome cast in playing any videos is now conveniently cast over to TV. However Chromecast loses out in smoothness vs through HDTV output.
