U don't bring your own towel? Anyway I hate it when guys leave a wet stain on the bench. Fatties are especially prone to this.

Yes it's also gym etiquette to keep back the weights after use and it's rude to throw the dumbells on the floor after the last rep.
But you get so many juiced up guys who thinks it's cool to leave the weights (so the next guy can admire the tonnage he just moved) and the harder you throw the dumbells the bigger your gains. |
