in terms of performance, no doubt infinity is the winner, but

ok basically the Infinity is one huge square block,lots of fins and big heatpipes. It will cool really well cos thats a functional design made to do one thing - cool the cpu.
If you start looking at the eclipse, or nitrogon6, or even Zalman 9700, then you gotta start thinking, do I want something that looks nice (using sidepanel)? Do I want the HSF to help cool surrounding chips? Just make sure the Infinity fits into ur casing. |

well weigh doesn't really matter. you're not the one carrying the load. i would say infinity is a good option to go with. but the problem with tower cooling is the lack of cooling towards mosfets.
