I got tons of that kind of speaker in my office, I thought I could use it as my desk speaker.
The speaker came from Dell Optiplex 960 (compact version), already broken.
And now I'm using Acer Veriton, can't find any port to plug the pin, so I wonder if I can make it work.

If it's not worth to do, then I will just stick with my earphone. What say you?

If just 1 to 1 replacement, rather than looking for suitable pin, I'll just cut the wire and joining it back.

Get a 3.5mm jack and trial and error perhaps but I cannot think of any reasons speaker needs 4 wires. Usually only 2 is enough, positive and negative.

Possibilities:
1.One set wire is for the buzzer used in bios
2. Multiple speaker combination, subwoofer? lol
3. 2 for audio signal, 2 for power to the speaker built in amp
4. hmm

Since you said you have tons, try ripping one apart. Then you can find out the function of each wires. Should not be that hard if you are willing to sacrifice one.

The cables color are black, red, greeb and white. Does that mean anything? Ripping the tiny speaker is the last resort.

A 3.5 mm jack has 3 outputs. Ground, left channel and right channel. Unfortunately you will have to use either the left or right channel in this case since you only have one speaker.
Might be able to trial and error. Best if you get a cheap audio device such as an old phone or mp3 player to test just incase the testing causes the device you are using to malfunction.

No idea on the colours. Dont even know what is inside the speaker. Any labels or anything on it such as power or frequency?

reverse polarity not important since its just a sounder without box
