I wanted to pay my mum's bill via credit card online but i do not have her OCS account (and she doesnt know how to make one)

Can I reload via Reload Online for her post paid account like we do for reloading 3rd party prepaid acc?

get her statement OR use her phone to call the telco and get the account number...
since you are going to use credit card, make that standing instruction

it may even be possible to do that directly via the telco's call center

And you can register an OCS account for her just ask her to send you the code or you can go to digi centre to register your credit card on the number

prepaid reload is for prepaid line

you can actually "reload" a celcom postpaid plan though

I have just switched to digi recently.. may I know if we can reload to our digi postpaid number and then deduct it for our bill automatically like other operator?

This is called Pay in Advance. You can pay RM500 in your Postpaid bill.
This shows that you have a credit of RM500.
Every they will deduct RMxx from it and the balance will remain in the Account.
Just make sure that you know when the credit will finish.

hi thanks for the reply. Does it mean that I can just buy the prepaid reload from online webs such as lazada etc and reload it to my postpaid number? Am asking this because sometimes those webs provide discounts in price, haha..

You can pay your Digi Postpaid bill through me. Just PM me your Digi Postpaid telephone number and amount you want to pay. Then after you have paid to me, PM me your banking transaction proof (ATM slip, screenshot, etc).

1. You can set up the OCS account using your mom's phone number. You can monitor her usage.
2. Check with Digi what other ways to pay online.
