I have this Tuya 2 gang wifi switch with no neutral.

Wifi signal is very strong -55dBm.

I connect the capacitor to L1 light, but when I turn on L1 switch, after about 1-2 hours, the wifi switch went offline, but the L1 light still turn on. I press manually the L1 switch but it didn't response. So I have to go to my DB box to turn off and then on the MCB then the wifi switch is back online.

Is this the symptom of the capacitor is spoiled already?

If i only change the capacitor on L1 to use higher uF, will that solve the problem?

Anyone gotten any 4gang switches yet? Can recommend me. Aqara is taking their sweet time in releasing theirs

This panel is interesting as All in 1. Which is able to activate/sensor other things that you want to customize.

I didn't follow Xiaomi. But if startup co; to look for fun, then it is not surprising.

But if already establish and big co; what is the purpose?

1. Ecosystem

I'm starting small; switches, IR blasters, sensors, cctvs and door lock. Will add more when budget permits. I did a BOM list a couple of weeks back based on the function (devices) and location in the house, Aqara cost was more than double vs Tuya.

It seems that Aqara's premium pricing isn't worth it based on my main selection criteriums. 

2. Usability + Reliability:

For the Tuya are your connecting using Zigbee or WiFi?

It's good to hear you didn't face any major issues after 2 years. Would be great if you can share the Tuya brand you're using.

Problem with reviews on ecommerce sites, it's only after a few days after purchase.

The newer Zigbee switches dont need capacitors, have option to not connect neutral if none present,  I bought a few but havent tried so cant comment further, anyone here tried?
