It is a short trip less than a sec. Always have such kind of trip. From TNB.

Mostly you won't notice.

This can cause some electronic device spoil.

Does this means ur UPS has a GSM module or UPS powering the unifi router and modem?

With UPS on Steroid, probably 2-3hr kua ? brows.gif

It look like phone jack. Another end is a USB connect to NAS.

As long as your Pi3 have the ups power management with notify, it is fine.

Bro, this is kinda risky, the UPS is designed to run on battery for at most 10 minutes, you put 2 x 12Ahr battery there, it could run up to 5 hours, the UPS inverter circuit could overheat and melt down.

Don’t worry. Been running for 4-5yrs I think. Each trip will run till it automatically shut down.

Such inverter can run as long as you want. It will shut down if overload or fuse blow. So it pretty safe.

Beside, I run at less than 30% of it actual 400w max.

I m looking another 2nd ups unit for every day run.

Looks like Apple HomeKit will be supported by Xiaomi Aqara very soon. Alexa can work as well but no news about Google Home yet.
