today a sales rep from Ohana Internet drop by unannounced, trying to sell me their service with many claims that includes:
- best telco and internet service in the malaysia
- 94% of their customers never complain at all about their service
- fastest growing telco
- their own highway and network (HBB some taiwan network)
i didnt fully trust him, so i did a quick google search came out with: https://forum.lowyat.net/topic/3135936/all
which some lowyat members claims that their entire network is running on tm, no such luck as running on taiwan network in malaysia. so technically using them is as good as using tm, which they claim to be better since they are on a `bigger highway from taiwan` (exact words).
i read the thread to him from lowyat, he got pissed, yell at me and left. i was WTF?
I am wondering if this is the standard practice for Ohana Internet company to yell at your customers and make false claims?
also has anyone else met anyone from Ohana?
