In terms of food, well I can't really comment on that but if it's about the place, in my opinion Dynasty Dragon Seafood Restaurant in IOI Mall Puchong will be the 2nd best option after 4Points Hotel.
From a photographers point of view, this place has a spacious registration area and most important aircond! I have seen some venues whereby the registration area is outside and it's so humid even at night. Another good thing about Dynasty Dragon, it's in a shopping mall and you get good lightings and bokehlicious photos.
