Xiaomi appointed courier GDex is suck!, Appeal Xiaomi to use old courier, FeDex

Living at Johor Bahru currently and the those seller (including xiaomi) why choose to send it using Gdex to jb i dunno why zzzz
2 time i suffer for their delivery service.
This is the first one, from kl seller. Gdex promised me to send it today (1st april). After that tmr, tmr, tmr ,tmr ,tmr, tmr until i call until tired.
Then 2nd time, from xiaomi, the things still haven't receive. Calling from last week until today i still haven't receive the item. call and call and call, same like last time said i will arrange the shipment today, today, today.
Pukimak really betahan why their service so sucks.
Can't imagine everyday those seller send things using DICK GDEX to me everytime i order things online.
