Oh, RM800 is cheap for a MS with cert.

Yeap, they are suitable to live in apartment. MS's size is quite small so you don't need a very big space for them to play.

They bark and yap when they see something, but most of the apartments are covered up with walls except the main entrance which is closed by a wooden door. Unless some perverts or stalkers are wandering in front of your house and the MS senses them, that's what a dog will do anyway. No?
