Well, u check back the launching price for the treez and compare with subsale price now. My friend trying to buy a subsale with RM1.15mil last year but the owner dun1 to accept the offer. sad.. blush.gif

haha, people are greedy.. the hard feeling part is that they are in the lawyer firm to proceed sign SPA already, last min call dont want to proceed further. my friend stunned and at the end, she booked the rainz last year. lol
