If RumahWIP follows by reducing MOP to 5 years, I think might have some -ve impact on rental. Because just right beside, can rent for cheaper.

Of course, other factors need to be taken into consideration like where facilities is important, profil mix etc.

for me , skyluxe , nidoz , aquata this 3 quite good .

Thanks. I got a unit at Aquata Trinity. If the land beside is low cost, Nidoz has a better profile neighbor.

If beside is condo, then more competition for Trinity Aquata 😅 Don't know to wish for first or second? 😂

Freehold and low density (personal preference).

If RumahWIP, then same as Nidoz (with D'Nuri)
