Actually I have a different view of rumawip, they are not lower income. RM 300K the montly repayment also need about RM 1500 per month. If salary not more than RM 4000, also cannot afford it. Rumawip the terms and condition is owner must stay there, so definitely we know local Malaysia will be staying there at least for 10 years. IS better than other condo they rent it to foreigner.

Dnuri and Nidoz is difference entrance and cannot share the facility, so even there are no Dnuri it also can built another condo. Klang Valley is getting less land, you will see more high dense in the future.

you say your rumanwip will not keep for long, but rumahwip at least 10 years cannot be sell.

Basically you no need an SA, but before you book a unit you need my unit number and purchaser name and inform them you are referral by me. So we can share the referral fees.
