Adui..why so much fighting suddenly?
Nidoz is not a very good product for investment, if that is one's purpose for buying Nidoz..as a purchaser myself, i can see that from the beginning..the price even after rebate is a hard sale...and for renting purpose, you wont get positive cash flow for sure..that is the reality in the weak market currently If u buy for own stay, because of the unit size, or number of rooms, or developer reputation, or facilities provided, or for any other reason, dont need to worry much..it's ur own money and ur decision after all..why bother other people opinion? |

Eh...no project is perfect...but things are slowly taking shape..this fella must be very sulky, using mass sms service to viral his dissatisfaction..
Except for the bomba door and post box issue, others are subjective, even the lift lobby are taking shape now. |
