Anyone would agree if Exsim build a covered bridge to connect to Taman Naga Emas MRT station which is just opposite?

QUOTE(chris_4eva24 @ Nov 13 2019, 12:26 PM) Anyone would agree if Exsim build a covered bridge to connect to Taman Naga Emas MRT station which is just opposite? Of course EXSIM will not build it. It was never promised to the buyers anywhere..plus the station is pretty far..the nearest is Kuchai Lama station,,5-7mins drive during peak hour. |

What if we have all nearby resident (surrounding have about 10k units) or other parties (shoplots, University, Kolej, Temple) to support for building the link bridge? Thru fund raising and DBKL/MRT subsidies? It definitely will benefits all surrounding parties and hence, increase properties value. |

Thru fund raising and DBKL/MRT subsidies? I might be wrong, but looking at current construction, I think the MRT will build an access road beside the Muslim Cemetary into Taman Naga Emas MRT Station, the park & ride car park, and the feeder busstop under the station. It definitely will benefits all surrounding parties and hence, increase properties value. Seeing what current station layout for MRT1, believe proper covered sidewalk will be path towards the station So probably a very direct 2 bridges connect Nidoz / D'Nuri to the edge of the road is already sufficient for commuters to walk into the station. Let's see what will Exsim or DBKL does for the best of everyone in Desa Petaling |

EXSIM won't be bothered to do this walking bridge to the MRT...I mean from a business point of view..why should they even? ----NIDOZ is already 100% sold out. So they will not bother. Developers love to quickly deliver projects..wash hand and exit as soon as possible. Also a 750m walkway is very very long and will cost a bomb in construction and maintenance. DBKL will never approve such a project unless some rich company/person willing to sponsor the construction and annual maintenance. The bridge would have to cross 2 major highways the KL-Seremban H/way and BESRAYA..the construction would be complicated and costly and cause much disruption to the cars.
But of course if it happens it will be an absolute dream come true..but realistically speaking this is a request that is "asking for too much". DBKl will simply ask us to use MRT feeder bus to Kuchai Lama or Naga Emas MRT station. |
