Yea all condos have KEDAI / RETAIL space allocated..it will be those small grocery shop run by bangla/mamak type..dont expect Family Mart of 7 Eleven

For own stay and with capital of around 100k (down payment, legal / transfer fees and misc) to dispense, then yes, Leafz could be a good option.
I bought for investment, so it makes more sense for me to go for Nidoz as lower entry price option.

S&P Signed , nothing much can purchaser do , only things is request developer to build more facilities or rebate the money in management fees etc
