i saw some banner up ady saying rm580k near to mrt and lrt etc in desa petaling area, izit refering to this Nidoz residence?~ranging 1200sqft-1400sqft~~

yeah, i called the number from the banner.
they are not disclose it is for Nidoz, just said will be launched about end of July.

so many unit should be commercial,

residence title should not have 1900 unit, unless the land is very big

I have went to The Spark desa petaling to observe surrounding at morning, afternoon and night situation, although the road is small but traffic is always smooth. Just the area surrounded by several apartment and flat.

I have been living in Desa Petaling area for 20 years. There's 2 area in desa petaling (one is hilltop area, another one is mat rempit area):-

Source says Exsim's Nidoz is beside Vantage point which is the Hilltop area.

1) From Shell petrol station, traffic light turn LEFT (Hilltop area)

You will passby Giant supermarket and MBO cinema (shoplots inside mostly empty). Go straight you will passby vantage point condo where you will see residents' cars occupied whole stretch of the road. There's many cases of cars being stolen while parking at this area, my father's car also got stolen here. There's a junction to Sri Lata and Amadesa condo, it is considered the better condo in Desa Petaling with higher pricing. Desa Hill semi-D construction is in progress, standing at the hill, you could enjoy wide angle of unobstructed KLCC view (before the construction, this is a jogging/hiking place for residents). Going down hill is the Salak South new village (Kampung Baru Salak Selatan) the chinese area.

2) From Shell petrol station, traffic light turn RIGHT (low cost flat area)
You will pass by ABC mamak, old condos, mosque, low cost flat, roadside stalls, morning market, pasar malam, behind the mosque has PPR. Mostly malays and indons staying here.

I love staying in Desa Petaling cos it is less congested. It is a quiet and less happening town, area is small as you can see from google map. From desa petaling to kuchai lama is very close only 5-7 minutes. In Desa Petaling there's not much things around, residents always go Kuchai Lama cos that place is more happening and got everything we want. laugh.gif . From Desa Petaling going to KL downtown is easy, just take the ramp down to the highway heading to town, it is as convenient as living in kuchai lama to everywhere. thumbup.gif

Additional info, LRT/MRT is absent here, only has rapid KL bus.
