All whatsapp-ed with the current info and the list of purchasers is growing fast. For those who wants to join us for Nidoz, please pm me. Bigger group of us might heighten our bargaining power and hence more additional discount. However, the loan amount should be around 500-600k and please make sure that you are capable to consumer Nidoz before pm me. I am just trying to be efficient and give the slots to those genuine and eligible buyers. Thank you!

I will have to say that's not true as the normal blocks consist of Blocks A-D. RumahWIP is another block by itself with a separate entrance and other facilities on its own albeit being right next to Nidoz.

RumahWIP residents cannot enter and use Nidoz's facilities so I don't see why some people are saying that Nidoz owners are paying for RumahWIP owners  shakehead.gif. They're both different products and one cannot use the other's facilities.

Their layout is also a single layout plan of about 900+sq.ft
*
Ah ic, i got it wrong then. Thanks for correcting me as i look at first post which mentioned block D as rumahwip. All i got is the rumahwip is separate everything and is nearest to Block A. Rumahwip will be called D'Nuri instead of Nidoz.

Look like D'nuri is good for the first time buyer. It is because the quality exsim provided is not bad. Definitely D'nuri can be sold out in first day.
*
this one i think need to apply thru rumahwip maybe, but so far the rumahwip not yet release for application yet ..

Is that mean the RUMAWIP is actually lower density than the so called normal blocks?
Lower price but lower density, this might be one of the reason some say normal block buyer is paying for the RUMAWIP.
*
The density for perblock is about the same, the reason i think is Rumawip is because its smaller with 3rooms 850sft while normal blocks all are 4rooms and 5rooms 1200sft plus normal blocks get many facilities and rumawip gets basic facilities only.

Thx for sharing.  rclxms.gif

Register via government website naturally take a long long to proceed.
Other than gov. website, is it possible to book D'nuri through agent or developer?
If not mistaken Sky Awani Sentul(rumawip) were full booked through either agent nor developer.
*
ya maybe can i think, need to check with the agents i guess. The thing that i heard is once you get the rumawip then need to prepare 10% downpayment of 300k.

those were part of the Kampung Baru Salak Selatan with proper landtitles. Guess would need major developer to purchase that land and compensate to the landowners.

Has anyone experienced the traffic going in and out through the condo's main entrance during peak hours for a project of such high density? How bad is it? Personally this is one aspect that concerns me about Nidoz. Anyone can share your thoughts and experience?
*
I used to take that road around 7.30-8.30 morning and return on around 6-7pm. No major congestion detected though, just stop to wait for the traffic light if many cars then maybe need wait the second time traffic light turns green when exiting during morning. Evening time, no need go thru the traffic light so its fast.
