Affin bank is their panel bank ?
What they offer are 4.5% MOF 90% + MRTA,semi-flexi which under Affin Islamic bank.

I don't know which to choose , RHB gives 4.85 MOF90% CLTA flexi. The only different is more rm60 to pay monthly.

i think affin rate is competitive because attached with MRTA.

I also just got the email from developer that can sign SNP already, said must sign within 14 days. wonder based from which date ?

Person in charge said should be mid of Jan. But then I called rumawip there and they told me some documents are not submitted. Ask me to send them by email. Better u check with rumawip there see any document is missing.
