i would say high dens defination is diffrent to everyone .
it can be define as in an area or in a building . (mont kiara/kepong)
nidoz 4 block sit on 8 acres land (ok la not too high dens)
One thing should concern is the facade , 'straight line' building design , but not 'Square shape' design (like the henge) or L shape design
so front and back view is totally unblock which is quite rare now in the market .
There's pros & cons for a high dens property too . depends how u looking at it .

those walls are not RC wall , normal hacking then can hack the wall already .

depends , you'll need ask developer before u purchase .
