i think the loss against Torino has gotta do with the player & coach mentality seeing they're a few points away from the Scudetto

as for the clash against Real Madrid i'm confident we'll see a different Juve. Even the under-performing BVB were able to shocked Bayern last night
in DFB Pokal...so yeah, just keep on believing  cool2.gif

Our BBC (Barzagli, Bonucci, Chiellini) to keep out their BBC (Benz, Bale, Cristiano)

Pirlo is the flop of the match for me, even with him getting an assist for Llorente's goal

Losing the ball cheaply and always trying to dribble himself out of trouble around Juve's penalty area. Hopefully
he'd never do that against Real madrid

Barzagli, eventhough he's 0 goal conceded streak are over but he's solid as always. Hopefully he'll start against Real Madrid, be it
in either Chiellini or Bonucci place

Not the first time Pirlo lose the ball. Previously it cost us a goal. Viola players are bloody divers

I read from goal.com that psg already agreed to a transfer fee of 80m€ for Pogba, what do guys think bout this rumor/report?
If it is true that who should we buy to replace him?

It seems this rumor/report could be true as our former director luciono Moggi tweeted that cavani will arrive at Juventus. Honestly I always wanted cavani as our striker,  but to let go Pogba in exchange for him Im not so sure. Also if cavani indeed join us, I believe Llorente will be let go.
*
Pogbom in exchange for Cavani plus 80 million euros. Why not? rclxms.gif hope we can continue to spot good bargains like Pirlo, Pogba, Tevez, Llorente, Moratta. Hopefully with that money, we can become consistent contenders in UCL

QUOTE(Jusstatic @ May 13 2015, 05:18 PM)
I rather we lose the semi-final than go to the final and be crushed by Barca

Our scenario currently is very similar to Italy at Euro 2012.

At the semi-final, Italy was matched up with heavy favorites Germany (whom coincidentally is wearing white Adidas jersey also like Real). No one fancied Italy to progress and the rest of the world wanted a dream Euro final of Germany vs Spain. Ended up Italy defied the odds to progress to the final only to be crushed by Andreas Iniesta, Jordi Alba, Gerard Pique, Sergio Busquets and co

Now if Juve goes through the final, we will be facing Barca whom is very similar to 2012 Spain. Its Andreas Iniesta, Jordi Alba, Gerard Pique and Sergio Busquets vs Bazagli, Bonucci and Chiellini and co again. It might again end up ugly...

I just cant take another UCL final loss after the pain defeats of 97,98,03  sad.gif  cry.gif

Only 96 gave me joy..

2003 Nedved-less team lost in penalties. Really heart ache cry.gif

iinm UEFA changed some rules regarding the yellow card suspension system. im not really sure what they change but it was to avoid players  especially key players missing in the final due to the collective yellow cards under the old rule.

if only this rule applies during the 2003 ucl. nedved would be in the final and who knows we might win this trophy and avoid the penalty shootout.

mentioning penalty shootout, i still felt the bitterness of losing to napoli earlier this season in the supercoppa final doh.gif  vmad.gif  mad.gif , and i really mad at pereyra for missing the decisive shot vmad.gif , thankfully he perform much better after that. rclxm9.gif

Yup, Nedved was top form at that time, could have won the final against Milan

Buffon made some important saves. Young players Pereyra and Sturaro managed to score before Morata was head butted.

I know all of us already thinking about the UCL final

And i'm thinking Juve player also did the same in this match(losing the ball cheaply its like they're thinking elsewhere)

But as of now Pereyra with a magnificent goal. Dude love scoring against Verona

guys, watching messi's solo move on the copa del ray final recently, demm im so nervous whether our defenders can contain him. but even if we can contain him, suarez and neymar also can do a lot of damage to us. all i wish are all of our defenders can do their best in the ucl final. forza juve.
*
Need to park the bus ala Mourinho's Chelsea. In recent years, it seems only Mourinho's teams (Chelsea, Inter, Real) manage to contain Barca

i doubt even park the bus could do anything, messi beat 4-5 defenders and scored an almost impossible gap. i think we stick wha we do best, patiently defend, than build up slowly. honestly we never a park a bus team. we do defend greatly but never park the bus.
*
Just play the way we did vs Real Madrid but with more defending to shut out MSN. Lets see what tactics will Max come up with to exploit their weakness brows.gif

QUOTE(noir7559 @ Jun 2 2015, 12:52 PM)
with Juve tradition they rarely park the bus, but more like a defensive-catennaccio style(defense in unit, playing to their strength = in this case,
Juve main strength are their midfield and defense)

i think there's a slight difference between the term of 'park the bus' and 'playing defensive'

Park the Bus = no intention to attack, shutting down goal area at all cost, committed nearly the entire team in own area, last but not least, trying NOT TO LOSE

Defensive = playing to one main strength(if the team is base on defense like Juve) with an intention to win

for the past 2 season in UCL our strikers has been average(except for Quagliarella). This season with Tevez already clicking in UCL(after ending his
goal-drought and lifting that mental barrier) along with the pacy Morata & Pereyra, its evidence why Juve are capable to reach the final with
the team capable of doing stout defending while hitting the opponent with blazing counter-attack(like against BVB in Germany)
*
Agree. But might need to defend more than before due to MSN. Tevez really lift up the attack compared to before (Quag, Matri, Gio). Pray Pirlo dont lose possesion or they can punish us

Omg..who else can replace him?? I hope Barzagli able to be at his 100%. Can caseres play already?  since it is confirmed that Chiello is out, playing with 3 defenders kinda a bad idea now. But considering we are going to face the best attacking trio in the world currently, I say playing with 3 defenders can be a big risk even if Chiello is available. So most probably we will play with 4 defenders,

Gk- buffon

Def- lich Barzagli Bonucci Evra,

Mid- vidal March pirlo Pogba

Fow-Morata tevez
*
Don't think is Carceres, he Mostly right back and haven't played for a long while. Most likely Barzagli if not then Ogbonna
