I'm not sure if this is the right thread...
However I have a relative in this business. He's doing pretty good, recently bought an Audi. But according to him, he's somewhat lucky coz he knows quite a lot of people. Many of his competitors are doing far worse.

I still rarely see plastic pallet tho. I guess it'd be less competitive but also less demand.
he had no problem with wood supplies tho. I guess he's really good with his network.

Recently pellet manufacturing looks like a hot hot thing..

there are a few company which i know going into pellet.

cworks going into metal pellet manufacturing.
My invested company, nicorp going into biomass oil palm pellets.

1 pellet machine might cost around 1m+.

But i didn't know it is switchable.. can it ?

Wood pallet is famous in construction industry. Since construction in Malaysia is booming, if you're with contacts, sure no problem.

Food industry won't be able to use wooden pallet, certainly not for food items. Only curi curi use for other non food product usage.

I myself use both wooden and plastics pallets.

In addition supplying to retailers you won't be able to use your own pallet as they have 3rd party pallet supplier.

I bought more than 50 wooden pallets recently and at very cut throat price rm15 per pallet n very good condition.

Hope my info helps unabit.
