Do a proper complaint with Celcom, get a case ID.

Wait 30 days, if no response, complaint to SKMM.

You should be able to get back all your credit. Celcom will have to refund.

If you are really upset about this and if SKMM doesn't solve it, go make a police report (for fraud) and send Celcom/content provider a copy.

So this was charged via MMS?

Some phones are set to auto-download pushed content, that's how these content providers exploit to make money. I am not saying Celcom is totally not at fault here but they did not intentionally intend to cheat customers.

Good that they refunded.
