Why celcom always play dirty trick eat people credit ah? This is third time this week I send STOP ALL to some service provider that I dont even subscribe or know what it service, since all msg just show msg cannot be display. Total rm6 already this week lo. Anyone here received this msg from number below? 29911, 29999,25588 etc
Do a proper complaint with Celcom, get a case ID. Wait 30 days, if no response, complaint to SKMM.
You should be able to get back all your credit. Celcom will have to refund.
If you are really upset about this and if SKMM doesn't solve it, go make a police report (for fraud) and send Celcom/content provider a copy.
