i got the spam sms for 5 months
logged in to Celcom OCS portal, Live Chat once a week, for 7 weeks (about 7 times)
1st chat, managed to get them to trace all the numbers charging me: 5 numbers. lodge report. got 5 case number
2nd till 7th chat all follow-up, asking for refund.
meanwhile I escalated the whole thing to MCMC twice, screenshot conversations & case numbers to them.
just b4 Christmas Day, i got RM42 airtime refund
so personally I think Celcom customer service sucks big time. UMobile also have poor response frm my sister's experience. In addition, TM unifi CS are also slow & inexperienced.
having to chase a case lasting over 5 weeks, is unacceptable no matter what technical issues they have. So far my experience shows Maxis have quick effective response compared to others, although I only use their broadband services.
Why celcom always eat up my credit ah?, f**k celcom
