hi bro , i am a poor people , only keep my celcom xpax credit for about RM1x as lower , cXlcom still want scam my credit to ZERO , is it my HARD earn money
and some more sending sms "INSUFFICIENT Amount to deduct the services... " which i never apply ,
this phone is only for calling only in NOKIA 101 phone , non smart phone , no sms , no MMS ...
i need work and spending time on my daily , calling and asking i am tired , i feel like a BEGGER.
you still with CELCOM ? i lost the TRUST and run..... , MNP and porting is only way , i did notice some telco with non 5 digit services ...
anyone share with me ? is it XOX ?

so personally I think Celcom customer service sucks big time. UMobile also have poor response frm my sister's experience. In addition, TM unifi CS are also slow & inexperienced.
having to chase a case lasting over 5 weeks, is unacceptable no matter what technical issues they have. So far my experience shows Maxis have quick effective response compared to others, although I only use their broadband services.
