can some of you sifus here please intro one for me and where is the best place to get it in KL/PJ? im more into speed than spin right now because i havent been playing for quite a bit.

i have been looking for a place to play as well, but im struggling to find one near my friends who live at Taman Mayang. anyone got a suggestion for me?

Sounds passable, I guess, for a novice. As long as you are comfortable with the price and feel of the combination. From my experience, China smooth rubbers better for fast/counter play, Japan smooth rubbers better for loop/range attack play. But that was a long time ago when China rubbers not so high quality. Nowadays, some China rubbers are in the same price range as others. Not sure about the quality though...
