spf30+ is not sufficient for malaysia's weather. SPF50+ would be a minimum i recon. try sunplay. they cost less than RM30 and they are really good at coverage. i tried a few brands and i found sunplay works the best (as in drugstore brand). they are not greasy, not oily, water and sweat proof.

hi spf50+ wont be too excessive for malaysia's weather in daily use. spf 130+ for daily use will be too much. if you work in the office (go in office before sunrise and come out after sunset, provided your office do not have window facing you that sun ray could come in) then yes, spf30+ is sufficient.

yea, spf50+ is your minimum. if you walk outside your college always then you have to use SPF 60+ / SPF70+. if you come across to do project under the sun for long hours (like charity etc) then that day you have to use SPF 130+. normal daily use, SPF50+ is best
