yea, 3.37 stable. anything above it will either experience lockup, orthos fail, or cant boot OS at all.

could it be ram timing too tight? or perhaps i was too stingy in providing vcore?

let's see how's Shawty doing with his newly owned E6600

Just got a Core2Duo E6600 with L640F024 batch from remysix.
Right now running at 450X8 @ 1.48Vcore.

Priming now.
The processor is good, but i can't seem to get a good subtiming for my Ballistix PC6400.

Still waiting for my Tracer PC8500 to arrive though.

I hate Vista when benchmarking.
XP is better in bechmarking.

But in application running & eyecandy, vista is the best.

Hmm...
Should i revert back to XP or what?

currently using dual boot XP and Vista (HDD space running low)

Running on vista ultimatum now.
That's why i said i hate it when it comes to benchmarking.

Certain website review had already using Vista for benchmarking. Many benchmarking utilities were build for XP. Just wait until all respected developers come out with Vista benchmarking. At last we need to follow the trend and technology based on Microsoft "latest & greatest".

Quick test L710A811 3.40GHz at 1.34v BIOS set, load 1.31v seems ok.... Grab this chip guys

From our working place.

I have a L629F125. It is running at 356*9 with default vcore and this is my 24/7 setting.

Using the default vcore now cause I'm still using stock HSF, scare the cpu will become too hot.

It is more than enough to run 3.2Ghz on stock cooler. Nice oc there. Wow this batch sure nice. When this batch was around on the market?

planning to get upgrade from AM2 3800+....

cos will be more focus into the video rendering and editing in near future...

any nice batch of E6600 in lowyat plaza or lowyat forum in sales now?

L629F125 is sold here by acecombat...

i hav e6600 L629F125, but it seems not so good.
im using stock cooler. while my best oc is 3.46ghz (433 x 8 @ 1.525v) stable, it need high voltage to get there. i had try for 3.6ghz (400 x 9), it need 1.6v to boot into windows, but 1.6v really danger. now im using 3.26ghz (466 x 7 @ 1.475v).

One question, can you reach 500FSB with that batch ? But then again you're on 680i hmm... I'm getting that batch paired with DFI Infinity Dark soon. ._. Hope can do 500x7 with 1.5V. >_< ...oh wait stock cooler...

wow im using week 37 and after i got my 8800gtx..i cant even OC my pc to 3ghz..it just cant boot..lolz..

nope, i cant boot up when set to fsb 500 with any setting.

Added on June 24, 2007, 10:47 amu hav to add more voltage to ur spp & fsb if im not wrong. i also reset my setting when using 8800gtx.
