Anyone could engage lawyer to issue letter of demand. whether the court concur with the letter of demand is another matter. until the plaintiff bring to court, it is as good as another junk mail.

I'm not siding developer but my construction friend told me this is new technology that they use call something like 'split unit' the pillars r all at above parking floor to support the entire building then the above building will cut out a lot pillar. So the incident is not serious. It's safe according to my friend.

Just wanna be fair to the buyers.

Somehow the more they do the more they're damaging their own reputation.

Instead of threatening people with LOD, why not come out with a clear and simple statement telling everybody the issue and methods to solve it by assuring it won't happen again?

They can sue as they wish over here, but they should know they might lose more than gain from doing it. Seriously don't know which PR firm would have such suggestions by taking these actions.

bro... developers like mah sing or OSK also have bad reputation previously... but their projects sales still running well like the recent project Yxxxxxy... so ring a bell? and unfortunately LYN will maybe only affect 0.0001% of their future projects potential buyers.... haha
