Nowadays every developer spend resources on their legal fees to defend themselves from numerous of dispute between them and media/buyers.

（大城堡4日讯）位于大城堡的38层公寓突然在施工过程中倒塌，现场一片狼藉！

发生倒塌事故的是坐落在大城堡商业中心地带的Pinnacle Sri Petaling公寓，原定将于2021年完工。

根据《SAYS》，买家被发展商通知，这个倒塌事故发生于6月27日，倒塌的是公寓走廊。

这名拒绝透露姓名的买家表示，发展商指这起倒塌事件会发生是因为走廊的支柱不足。

“根据Pinnacle销售及营销部的说法，这是因为结构不足以支撑（走廊）而导致倒塌，”该买家如是指出。

据悉，受影响的地区目前正在清理。

目前，房屋及地方政府部（KPKT）官员正针对此事进行检查。

发展商指出，Pinnacle Sri Petaling是已获房屋及地方政府部批准的项目。

房屋及地方政府部官方网站显示，Pinnacle Homes是一家注册发展商，除了Pinnacle Sri Petaling以外还有其他五个正在施工中的项目。
