This one doesn't look like one done by RapidKL staff.
That very old PUTRA logo is a big no-no for RapidKL staff to use.
Where was it? Near KTM KL Station? Was it put up by KTM staff? If so best to complain to KTM for that one.

Regarding other signages, I noted that you have complaint directly to RapidKL, presumably by private email.

Have you tried doing public complaint via twitter with one of the pixs and tagging @myrapidkl ?
